"My friend and I had lunch at this unassuming little eating place today. It was our first visit. We were very pleased with what we ordered. I followed the recommendation from the reviews of previous dinners. They were so right. We ordered a small starter each with the combination of cockle, prawn and scampi. They were fresh and tasty. Then I had Thai Mussles with small fries, my friend had South Indian fish curry with rice. The flavour of my dish was so delicate and delicious I was amazed. To have a quality and good value food has been on the top of agenda wherever I go. Today's dish was a complete success. I am coming again next week to try other dish on the menu. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. A really pleasant luncheon experience. Worth a visit if you have not been. Booking is definitely necessary. - Trip Advisor"
"Set in a shop brimming with local veg and fresh seafood; the best tables are in the bay window, with views across the street. Well-priced, flavoursome cooking and friendly service. Arrive early to try one of the tasty breakfasts." - MICHELIN Guide
"Book in advance for lunch to avoid disappointment, or take a chance. We strolled in on a Saturday, to escape the cold wind and taking a chance that we might find a table. Luckily, we were early enough to get that table, having admired the excellent display of loose Norfolk Mussels and fresh fish on display for purchase in the Market "room" next door. The welcome you receive upon arrival in the little cafe adjoining the market is great, and has some style. The menu is fairly wide - soup of the day and specials as well as a standing menu. Fish, obviously, is paramount on the menu. They also cater for dinner parties, either in your own home or another venue as well as in the cafe. Such a good find." - Trip Advisor
